The project envisions the creation of a widespread socio-educational hub through the networking of associations, schools, community centers, and institutions.<\/p>\n<p>A multidisciplinary team will be established to ensure constant communication among the involved entities and to strategically guide access to the services and interventions outlined in the project.<\/p>\n<p>Four main actions are planned, which will take place within the neighborhood\u2014inside and around schools, in community centers, and in hospitals.<\/p>\n<p>One of the long-term transformative goals is to consolidate an inter-institutional network that validates a multi-level intervention model for the care and support of the psycho-social and educational well-being of young people.<\/p>\n<p>Among the project\u2019s main objectives is the strengthening of the neighborhood\u2019s territorial educational hub in Albergheria, reinforcing its crucial role in safeguarding adolescents\u2019 right to health and mental well-being.
